If I hear the phrase "I apologize abou' dat problem" or "Pretty much" (It pretty much says your shipment has been delivered" "To get power to the ipod , you pretty much have to plug it in." "Pretty much I can set that up for you" "The phone number is pretty much 555-1212")

I may just hurl.

Seriously. I count two instances of "I do apologize abou' dat problem" and no fewer than 8 of "Pretty much" in about 6 minutes.

"regardless" doesn't bother me (though in excessive use, probably would)

"irregardless" is far worse

i'm not a grammar nazi, but in a business setting, it drives me completely berserk to hear a lot of the things I hear around here. (most of the attrocites seem to come from our sales people though the techs have their share)
