Dinner was uneventful. We ended up going to a place in Towson instead of Annapolis. The food was good...really good. Sushi-Hana was the place.
I think dinner was the most interesting part. Page was really nice...but not nearly so much fun to talk to as he has been on the phone, or by email. It almost felt like a business dinner. In fact, at the end, he paid for dinner and said "Work paid for dinner. I did talk about work!"

He sure did talk about work.

Right now, I'm just half tempted to go to sleep. It's been a long time since I've been to sleep before 12-1230

What kind of work was it? I'm sure you could out-talk him if you decided to bring your job to the forefront. =P

architect.

it got a little excessive when he started talking about his assistant comitting herself to a psychiatric hospital

yeah, but that was AFTER hearing all about looking for a contractor to do a specific job, and flying to coloradao for meetings and computer issues in the office and hiring new people and...

Sushi Hana! Oh, man, my favorite sushi place . . .Gryff's promised me a trip after we wean this next baby (since I can't eat sushi while preggers or nursing. Raw fish not OK . . .)

Hope the food was as terrific as usual.

Sorry your date was work-obsessed. I'd chalk it up to nerves about actually having a face-to-face date. Guys are like that.

Although at my OB/GYN office there are 4 OB/GYN's and two of them say you can eat sushi if you're their patient, and the other two say you can't. *Shrug* Go figure. ;)

People are often very different in person than online, I've found.

aww what would i do without you?

no, that's okay...being boring isn't an offense that's punishable by being beat up. though you could beat up any one of the idiots i've dealt with today...
