(no subject)

I slept late today and then went to Barnes and Noble at the harbor intending to sit on the balcony and write a Full Moon ritual. But there were about a zillion people there and no empty seats on the balcony. So I didn't stay. I bought a bok...a new black book (yeah another one) that jumped at me for a purpose and had an iced latte and sandwich (inside, sadly) and left. I ended up wandering over to the Galleria and into Payless shoe store. Where after a bit of poking aorund the shelves, I happened acrss a pair of sandals that I can only describe as "hot"

Sorta-Greek-stye flat sandals with double ankle straps. In bronze leather. Hello. They also had them in black. I got a pair in each color. $15 each. I've gotta take them back and exchange them though because they're too big. For some reason that just didn't quite register while I was in the store trying them on.

I still need to go through my craft stuff for tomorrow. Oh, and I've still gotta write the ritual. (When you're being all experimental and have...say, a healing ritual around a message table, it's kinda hard to just take that same ritual and adapt it to one of creative process...)

It will be worth it though.

I've seen those sandals in a magazine. They're the first real "drool-worthy" shoes I've seen at payless in a long time. When I get paid I am so getting some!
