Rhetorical Question

If Fred Phelps et al are protesting funerals of soldiers because the millitary supposedly has a pro-gay position, or allows gays, or is protecting our country which harbors gays or whatever it is...why don't they protest at recruiting centers or millitary bases? Why only funerals?

Not to mention, what about the whole "Don't ask, don't tell". Gays are only ok in the military as long as they hide who they are or don't get caught.

Fred Phelps and people like that just draw attention to their own idiocy. I find it ... sick. However, I am glad that our nation has the freedom to have bottom feeders like Phelps around. If nothing else, he's a perfect bad example. America isn't perfect, but at least we can all look at Phleps and know that he's just plain wrong. And the soldier he's protesting and the Army in which he waskilled are fighting for his freedom to be that wrong.
