badstarWell, I can't be that severely injured. I walked down to Grandma's Candles, and then to the Harbor. Filled out some applications, and when I decided I was tired of writing, collected some more t bring home and fill out, I'll take them back tomorrow or Thursday. A coupoe of places including Yankee Candles said they'd give me a call in the next day or two.
Startbucks is having a job fair coming up...which means either they just need a lot of help, or they're opening a new place in the area. People make fun of Starbucks, but seriously...have you checked out their corporate social responsibility information? And they make health insurance available to part time employees as well as full time and...and...besides, despite usually getting my coffee from a local shop like XS or the Daily Grind, I do like their coffee.
