Is It Just Me Or Is It Hot In Here?

So I was wearing a shirt- cotton, like a heavy tshirt, except long sleeved. And I was burning up...so I took it off (Relax I have a tank top on under it. Well, now I just have a tank top)

Now I'm well on my way to freezing. And it's hot in this blasted office. Like, to my skin, the air feels hot. But internally- I'm cold.

WTF?
