Beef stroganoff turned out really well except for one thing...

It's been several ears since I've cooked egg noodles, and the blasted things are so much less forgiving than say, gemelli or rotini. So in very short time they became mushy. But when mixed with the stroganoff stuff, it wasn't so bad.

Hmm...beef stroganoff over gemelli....?

Handmade noodles stand up to cooking much better. It's easy to do, and it's more fun!

Man, stroganoff is perhaps my favorite dish on the planet. I am envious.
