They're making a movie based on a Thomas Kinkade painting?

Ug. There's one more movie I won't be seeing.

I hated that movie. But at least they had the Italian Renaissance Hell thing and the inferno going on.

there are so many more wonderful paintings to write a movie about, not to mention better painters. Gah!

Ugh. Doesn't surprise me- I came across a series of kids' books in the library that was set in the "Village of Light' or whatever that he paints.
Kind of inevitable for the marketing machine of mall kitsch that is Kinkade.
