I went home yesterday, fell asleep and woke up to a phone call informing me that the property manager wouldn't be by after all, and requesting that I fax them a list of issues to take a look at.

Fax???? Yeah, lemme pull the fax machine out from under the TV. Oh wait...if we plug in a fax machine, the electric's gonna go...

So....I've got some phone calls to make today *grumble*

SO not happy.

Fax 'em the stuff, with a cover sheet that tells them you're copying the Health Department and the Consumer Protection division of the AG's office.

That ought to light a fire under their arses. *snicker*
