I realized on my way to work today that I might just be able to reasonably write five months of mediation into a coherent essay that clearly demonstrates time and practice. But I'm still gonna let chronarchy look over my original essay. I'll dig it out and zap it off later when "after hours" kicks in.

I am NOT going to give myself high blood pressure over this thing...
