Residence-hunting crankiness

1. I am sick and freaking tired of every other ad in the rental section of Craigslist being a credit repair or "buy cheaper than renting" ad. If I wanted to buy a house, I'd look in the property for sale section, thanks.

2. Ridgely's Delight is one of the dumbest names for a section of a city that I've ever heard (Don't care what the reason it for the name, it just sounds utterly dumb to me. and I'm cranky, so, well, whatever.)

3. Apartment/house hunting blows goats.

If you dislike Ridgely's Delight, I bet you'd really hate Columbia - here we have Harper's Choice, Dorsey's Search, and my personal favorite, Kings Contrivance.

King's Contrivance? That's kinda funny. They are rather silly names.

Columbia is full of them. Those three are just the neighborhoods, it gets far sillier when you get to street level - Cloudleap Court, Broken Land Blvd, Cross Fox Ln, and a slew of other [random adjective] [random noun] streets.
