Residence-hunting crankiness

badstar1. I am sick and freaking tired of every other ad in the rental section of Craigslist being a credit repair or "buy cheaper than renting" ad. If I wanted to buy a house, I'd look in the property for sale section, thanks.
2. Ridgely's Delight is one of the dumbest names for a section of a city that I've ever heard (Don't care what the reason it for the name, it just sounds utterly dumb to me. and I'm cranky, so, well, whatever.)
