badstarI'm watching The Double Life Of Veronique here at work. God, this movie is so beautiful. And the dancing marionette looks disturbingly alive and real, despite the puppeteer's hands being right there and not even attempting to hide. I didn't realize there was an alternate ending on the Criterion Collection dvd til I was looking at wikipedia earlier tonight.
