Nail Biting...no more? For now anyway.

With the exception of an occasional, actual, real, legitimately torn or chipped nail, no pieces of my fingernails have been removes for some time now. I'm not even sure how long it's been anymore.

They're not very long, none of them are past my fingertips (and i don't intend to let them get very long) but they're not bitten. And I didn't even paint them until last night. (Usually I have to paint them to go any amount of time without biting).

Sweet! I'm attempting to stop biting my nails too. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon this week. Time to get back on, I guess. But, this attmept lasted twice as long as the last one, so I am making progress!
