...sitting at at my desk at work with my feet up beside my keyboard, chair tipped back, talking on my cell phone to my girlfriend about the pork chops I made for dinner tonight, and the lasagna her mother made for dinner on Sunday night. Missed the clock actually turning midnight.

Perhaps not the most exciting new year ever, but it may very well be the best.
