stupid gmail

Is anyone else having issues with gmail where after using it for a while the bottom inch and a half or so if the window turns white and everything sorta "jumps" up so that you can no longer access the stuff a tthe very top of the page?

I had that problem today, too. Weird! It kind of fixed itself after I reloaded the page a couple of times.
