Gawds, I hate this feeling....

badstarButterflies in my stomach. Inexplicable. And not just a few....it's like there is a full monarch migration in my torso. It's been there to some degree for several hours now.
And I'm starting to feel...I don't know, I want to say depressed but that's not really the word I'm looking for. This just came on this afternoon.
(For the record blood sugar is fine and I am properly hydrated)
ETA: Just decided to eat a sandwich even though the blood sugar feels fine. I only ate it a minute ago, so no time to hit my bloodstream yet anyway. In any case, I feel slightly (and I emphasize the slightly) better.
