Fighting the need to run. There's not even a reason for it. Not at this point. (Ok there must be a reason. Without reason there would be no need.)

sometimes it's running *to* something as opposed to away... so run run run... & worry about the distinction later.

or, substitute family with friends... usually works for me...

thanks...it's not running like that..not literally running away from baltimore or anyhitng....i know what it is now and i'm not really sure how i'm going to deal with it yet. i'm not sure how i want to deal. i'm not sure how i need to deal.
