Taking Stock...

badstarHeadache- what headache
Back- no longer tense
Neck- same
Arms- no longer sore except the triceps if i stretch them too much
Left Wrist- hurts when I turn it at certain angles....like holding a coffee cup
Mentally....pretty much good to go...with the exception of the fact that I'm at work.
PDF was a short-lived and intense weekend. I got some serious spinning in. I was sooooooooo happy to see everyone. I camped with some new people...Melissa, Jen and Scott were incredibly cool. And I was camped down in the theme camp area for the first time...conveniently close to FUBAR and the tater tots.
There is so much to write about...and more that I will not write about.
