Did Jesus exist? Italian court to decide

This should be an interesting story to follow. Trying to prove that Jesus never existed? In Italy no less. Wow.

Whether you agree or not, you really have to admire the guy for being willing to take a huge risk there.

I'm not sure what the point is, aside from angering everyone. I'm not really sure that this belongs in a court of law, but I'm unfamiliar with the scope of Italian courts.

No clue. But like I said...interesting. Yes it will anger many people. The guy knows he's fighting a lost cause. I don't think it belongs in a court of law either but I'm also not familiar with Italian law.

Too bad I'm no longer in contact with any of the Italian professors at SMU...the husband of one of them had been a lawyer in Italy before they moved to the states. Would have been interesting to hear about this from someone with background in Italian law.
