So...Keith's rent check bounced. He's not on the lease- though we were trying to make that happen, doesn't seem to be concerned about not having a place to live and unless we do something like, now, we face eviction.

SO I put a roommate wanted ad on craigslist and responded to a bunch that were there. Got a couple of promising-looking responses already.

This time it's going to be different. The roommate will either go on the lease or sign another piece of paper agreeing to adhere to certain rules, we've also already decided that from here on out, everoyne will write their own check or money order for their chunk of the rent so if they bounce, that's on them.

We just have to coem up with $400 by friday. But it's going to work. Because there's no other option.

I'm not willing to let this fall through...it's that simple. I'm NOT willing to leave. It's not an option.
