So, my mom now knows I'm bi...er, will when she reads her email. I should be expecting a phone call in the next 12-18 hours.

Basically, as I said, I felt kinda dumb about making any sort of deal of it because it just isn't a big deal to me, and my only real issue was that my clueless, absentee idiot of a father knew and she didn't, and that I didn't want to have a stuttering stammering phone conversation to get it out, or wait for the next time I visit or anything dramatic like that.

Then I told her I got my nose pierced.

We shall see what happens.

She knew i was going to get the nose done- it had been my plan for my birthday, but then i ended up not doing it that day, and happy I waited because I got the runny, stuffed up nose from hell a few weeks later. I kinda got this extended verbal eye rolling about the nose when I told her I planned to have it done.

I don't think that it's going to be too major a thing that I'm bi...once she gets over the initial bit anyway. (Unless I was right all along and she really did suspect.)

I expect a phone call, and some comments that I'm confused or something or "are you sure???" but in the end, it's not going to matter.

I know my mom asked me "are you sure?" and "why?". I answered her, and then asked her if she would ask me those same questions if I wasn't bi. It sure made her think.

Then again, she's still pissed at me and not speaking to me. Life is rather peaceful at the moment.

Good luck.
